How to Perform

  1. 1

    Lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides in a T position.

  2. 2

    Bend one knee and draw it across your body toward the floor on the opposite side.

  3. 3

    Keep both shoulders on the ground and turn your head to look away from the bent knee.

  4. 4

    Hold the stretch, breathing deeply and letting gravity pull the knee closer to the floor.

  5. 5

    Repeat on the other side.
