Set incline bench 30-45 deg.
Sit back, hold DB each hand.
Position DBs at shoulder height, palms forward, elbows bent.
Feet flat, back supported.
Exhale, press DBs upward until arms extended.
Pause.
Inhale, lower DBs slowly back to start.
Repeat.
